Christie is so good at what she’s does the buying process was actually very easy. She pays careful attention to contracts and details which made sure I had no problems at all. Her network of people ensures you will get everything you need done and they help every step of the way. This is the second home she’s help me purchase and I wouldn’t use anyone else! Amazing Agent! From start till after finished, Christie was extremely helpful every step of the way. I was very impressed and put at ease with her knowledge of contracts and negotiation skills. She saved me a lot of money and gained me deductions and extras that other agents may not have been able to do or may not have knowledge about. Other factors I was really happy about was her intelligence and patience. She was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for in the area I wanted to live and under the budget that I had in mind. It was truly an experience to conduct business with Christie. She’s professional, knows her STUFF! Very personable. Christie was a breath of fresh air! We were with a different realty company prior to Christie. Our home basically sat for 3 months with little to zero activity, from our realtor, other realtors and prospective buyers. We looked for 2 years, stopped and started, cancelled 2 escrows, and Christie NEVER gave up on us. Christie found us the perfect house in our price range, and was with us every step of the way. Even a week after closing, we had a warranty question and I texted Christie on a SUNDAY afternoon and she answered me in minutes with the answer. Christie even made the first phone call to the warranty company. I would never consider working with anyone else but Christie Locke to buy another home.

Christie was awesome from start to finish. I’m a first time home buyer and did not know anything about purchasing a home. I used a lender from a small company that turned out to be a nightmare and it was a 30day escrow so deadlines were tight. If it weren’t for Christie’s hard work and negotiations I would have lost this house I fell in love with. She stood on top of my lender and all other parties and forced them to keep the ball rolling. She explained to me clearly what all the processes were and how things worked. In my opinion she couldn’t have done a better job.

Yes, of course, Christie is an amazing realtor and can navigate the whole buying and selling process like a total ninja-level pro. But, that's not the reason you should work with her. My wife and I sold our home with Christie under some rather difficult, stressful conditions. Not only did Christie come through for us on the sale, but she was also with us every step of the way whether it was staging the home, finding the right cleaning crew, helping with requested repairs, and even helped selling some of our stuff! Christie totally had our back before, during, and after the sale. Oh, she also closed our sale well above the ask!

As a California transplant, Christie was recommended to me by an agent that had worked with my family in the past. She is very knowledgeable about the entire homebuying process and the local market, able to recommend locations and properties based on the wants and needs I provided and was able to work around my challenging work schedule that made it hard for me to answer calls as they came in. She even had a list of referrals for me when I asked if she knew of good services to help me with work to do on the property after I moved in, and set me up with a local team to finance my loan that was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. Made the entire process as painless as possible and I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends or family. I was lucky enough to find a home on my first set of tours and we were in Escrow by the next week.

I wish I could give Christie 10 stars! This was our 3rd time trying to purchase a home, 3rd different realtor. We were recommended Christie from my husbands coworker who is very cynical, so we knew she was the real deal! We were prepared for the obstacles as the market has been crazy which we knew from previous experiences. We got pre-approved on a Sunday, the next day we had 2 viewings. The second house was just everything we were looking for… absolutely perfect… of course we knew not to get our hopes up but we submitted our offer. Unbeknownst to us it was the last day of accepting offers. The next day we waited in anticipation, and at 10 pm the next day, our lives changed forever! Due to Christie’s reputation the seller accepted our offer! The whole process was a dream and she was there every step of the way! She always answered the phone and made us feel like we were her only clients! Which we weren’t! We moved in about 4 months ago! We brought home my second daughter into our beautiful home and are so happy! Christie still checks on us and answers every phone call! She is amazing as a realtor and as a human! Thank you Christie for making all our dreams come true!!!

Christie was amazing working with our personal mortgage company and finding our perfect first home. She was always on our side and fought for the best for our first home purchase! She knows the market, the area and even recommendations on people to reachout to for home improvements. When the day comes that we either buy a second house or sell our home well be coming back to Christie!!
