I am absolutely floored at how simple the process of buying a home was with Christie and her team. Simple is not the word most people associate with homebuying, but that is truly what it was. Christie had our backs the entire way through the process and we never had to question what was next or what we needed to do. What I most appreciated was that she knew exactly what we were looking for and what was in our budget and always had that in mind when selecting houses to show us.

Christie was a marvel when it came to putting our house on the market and getting it to sell quickly and at a price point we as proud home owners were comfortable with. My husband worked with Christie previously when buying our house pre-pandemic, and we were pleased to work with her again three and a half years later when we sold that same house to move across country. She is friendly and knows the area well; she is also clear and direct when she thinks we should try something else or if we had the wrong idea about comps around town. If we stayed in Santa Clarita, we'd happily work with her a third time. Highly recommend!

Christie is the best at what she does. I have had the opportunity to work with her twice now, and both times she was there to help us through the ENTIRE process. I ask a ton of questions but she’s patient and understanding and answers everything just to make sure I’m comfortable. If she doesn’t know an answer, she’ll find out. She was even available to us while she was out of the country on vacation! I was nervous as it was right at the beginning of escrow, but her and her business partner made sure we had someone helping us the whole time. Thank you Christie!!

We came across Christie by chance. We didn’t have a realtor and viewed a home she was listing that we wanted to put an offer on so we went with her hoping for the best and she far exceeded our expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend Christie Locke for any real estate needs. She is super professional and has a unique skill-set in that she is very detail oriented and thorough, ensuring that the intricate and sometimes confusing elements of the transaction are handled so nothing falls through the cracks. This is a huge benefit! As a client, she made my life much easier because I did not have to follow-up on every little detail. She also knows the residential market very well but thinks like an investor which was a perfect fit for me since I am an investor and work with other investors. Amazing Agent! From start till after finished, Christie was extremely helpful every step of the way. I was very impressed and put at ease with her knowledge of contracts and negotiation skills. She saved me a lot of money and gained me deductions and extras that other agents may not have been able to do or may not have knowledge about. Other factors I was really happy about was her intelligence and patience. It was truly an experience to conduct business with Christie. She’s professional, knows her STUFF! Very personable. Christie was a breath of fresh air! We were with a different realty company prior to Christie. Our home basically sat for 3 months with little to zero activity, from our realtor, other realtors and prospective buyers. We met Christie at an open house and shared our negative experience. As soon as she started describing her plan, we knew she knew her business and we wanted to be with Christie. If you are looking for an amazing, HONEST, patient, realtor that is ALWAYS there whatever time you call or E mail, please contact Christie Locke with Randy Place Partners in Valencia. We looked for 2 years, stopped and started, cancelled 2 escrows, and Christie NEVER gave up on us. Christie found us the perfect house in our price range, and was with us every step of the way. Even a week after closing, we had a warranty question and I texted Christie on a SUNDAY afternoon and she answered me in minutes with the answer. Christie even made the first phone call to the warranty company. I would never consider working with anyone else but Christie Locke to buy another home.

Christie is the best. She is passionate about her work and she is aggressive in our best interest, truly. Being a first time home buyer, we had a lot of questions and Christie had a quick turn around time with answers, even if it was before or past normal business hours, which meant I was able to sleep at night knowing everything was on track ;) Christie is a positive person with a positive outlook. She expects the best outcome, and sure enough we had the best outcome. She knows her stuff and lots of people, and she will not settle for anything less that what we deserve after inspections. My husband and I were casually looking for a home but with Christie’s hard work she took our challenging wishlist and got us our perfect home to match us! Christie truly listened to all of our needs to tailor the best house options for us! She was exceptional from beginning to end of the buying process. She answered all of our questions promptly and was extremely knowledgeable. She made selling a home easy, as well as purchasing! Her work ethic was evidenced by keeping us most current on new home options as soon as they were available and selling our home over asking! Christie was awesome from start to finish. I’m a first time home buyer and did not know anything about purchasing a home. I used a lender from a small company that turned out to be a nightmare and it was a 30day escrow so deadlines were tight. If it weren’t for Christie’s hard work and negotiations I would have lost this house I fell in love with. She stood on top of my lender and all other parties and forced them to keep the ball rolling. She explained to me clearly what all the processes were and how things worked. In my opinion she couldn’t have done a better job.
