We highly recommend Kym if you are looking for the hardest working realtor. We were so stressed out with the idea of selling our house but Kym walked us through what the process would be like and she took the stress of it all away. She was always available for calls and texts to walk us through any questions (which we had a lot) 24/7. Once we were ready to put the house on the market after taking all her recommendations in she advertised like crazy and got us multiple offerings from the first weekend of open houses. She worked out the best deal for us and explained everything throughly. We can't express how happy we are that we got the opportunity to work with her! Thanks again Kym for making this process a walk in the park we are forever grateful to you!

I reached out to Kym after getting to know her through her instagram account. I loved the energy and passion she has for her community and her work. I also loved how relatable, friendly, and accessible she is to her audience. Deciding to work with Kym was easy and straightforward. We could not have asked for a better partner in moving our mother out of her current home and into her new one than Kym De Lorenzo. She highlighted my Mom's story on her Instagram post but allow me to recap. We lived in our Montrose home for 11 years and moved to Walnut in 1986. After almost 37 years, me and my siblings grew up, had our own families and found that the Walnut home was too big for her. Mom, who is now a widow, thought it would be wonderful to move back into her smaller home in Montrose. You can call it a blessing or serendipity when we me Kym at that open house last month. She became our buyer and seller. In less than two months, Kym sold Walnut at a higher asking price, and bought Mom our "New" Old Montrose home. She was kind, compassionate, and thoughtful. She and her team made this extremely difficult transition so simple. If I ever decide to move out of my home, Kym will be the one I will be calling for help. Speaking on behalf of my whole family, we owe a debt of gratitude to Kym for helping Mom realize her dream situation.

Kym took over our listing in Santa Clarita after it sat on the market for two months with hardly any action, while houses all around us were selling.
