She personally took us to each location we were interested in and walked us through the many forms and timelines we could expect. After multiple conversations, we were able to find the perfect house. Finding a great real estate agent in a state you have never ever been and know absolutely no one is very challenging. That is the situation we were in, so I turned to Facebook and asked a military spouse page for some recommendations. Ever’s name kept coming up repeatedly with only wonderful comments. I reached out to her, and the rest is history. She is knowledgeable of the area, the loan process, inspections, ect. She is also genuine and caring; she wants her clients to LOVE the home they pick. Ever never makes you feel pressured or rushed. She takes all her client’s needs into consideration to help them find the best possible match. She is an all-around wonderful person, and I cannot say enough positive things about her as a real estate agent or a person in general.

Everlasting helped us in so many ways. She went far beyond any other realtor could ever be. She really set the standard way to high. She accommodates us very much. She even postponed her birthday adventure to Mexico just to make sure everything will be all set until closing is done. We highly recommend her if you are finding your first home or even your next home. Whatever you're looking for, I bet she will be able to find the perfect match for you.

Ever was tenacious and worked tirelessly to represent us throughout our months-long new build home buying process and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We were unable to see properties in person due to being in another state so Ever was able to do detailed video chats and provide plenty of pictures for us and to keep us updated weekly. She even came by to check up on us after we closed. Highly recommend Ever to anyone moving to the area.

I have met a couple of realtors in the past and I have not seen one as hardworking as Everlasting Lee. She made me so comfortable and helped me find a great property for my family. She put my family's needs first and made me feel like I am her only client. She was focused and determined to find us a property.She is very dedicated to her profession and so fun to work with. Finding a property in a good location is not that easy but I can call her anytime with any questions. I highly recommend her, for sure you will not be disappointed. Thank you sooo much Everlasting Lee She is very professional to work with and very helpful realtor, you will feel at ease with her work, up to the very last minute of closing she is present and still there, which i never had experience to our realtor before when we bought our property. She is always available when you have concerns and question. My Husband and i contact her to sell our property and after she posted it for sale, not even a day she sold it for us! She is a great person too to deal with and a very friendly! I highly recommended Everlasting Lee! My Husband and I are happy with her work. Very professional and well done. Thank you.
