Dave was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and flexible. Helped guide me in the right direction to find a rental in a pretty short time. Although his focus is with purchasing, he still helped out finding a good rental. Great price and about 20 minute commute from my job especially for everything included. Would have easily been another 300-500$ per month if it was beach side. I appreciate his time and effort throughout the process especially with relocating to Jacksonville. I highly recommend Dave and I will be keeping him in contact when I decide to purchase a home in the future. Dave’s commitment to his clients go above and beyond. Thank you Dave.

Dave did an amazing job at finding us our home. He was there every step of the way and communicated with us on what we needed to do to secure this house. My favorite parts about Dave are his personal touches. He went above and beyond and wrote the sellers a personal message about why he feels we would be a great fit for this home. When we met the sellers, they said that's why they accepted our offer. We are so thrilled to be at this location, to have a place that's ours, and for us to create a lot of memories, and add our personal touches to it.

If you're looking for someone with heart, passion, and who really values your interest, Dave is your guy! We highly recommend him.

Dave was very responsive and communicated in a timely manner. He was very detailed and criteria specific to our needs. We were an hour away but Dave was more than willing to put in the work to find us exactly what we were looking for. We really enjoyed working with him and definitely would do so again in the future.
