I can not express the gratitude my wife and I have for Dave Rosenblum as our real estate agent and now a friend! He went above and beyond helping us buy our dream home. While the entire process of purchasing a home can be overwhelming and stressful, Dave made it so much easier. While answering every question we had for the sellers to negotiating the selling price he made the entire experience so smooth and easing our worries. I know a lot of realtors are just in it for the pay but we could tell that wasn’t Dave’s MO. He wanted to make sure this was the perfect house for our family and did just that. Hallie did a great job! There was a small delay at closing time due to a buyer issue. Hallie moved things along and we only lost one day before we were able to close. She kept us updated at all times during the process and was very knowledgeable and reassuring.
