Kim Guasca was recommended by a family member, and was an absolutely God sent blessing. We were not only selling for the first time, but were also moving out of state, so we would not be close. From our first meeting she made us feel comfortable and safe having her handle this for us. She communicated with us for each step, was always responsive whenever I had a question, was there to set up maintenance and needed repairs, and made this experience a lot less painful than it could have been. She was always pleasant and when we would get discouraged, she would lift us up.

Loved Kim! She was a great help with finding a home perfect for my family and was very kind, patient, helpful and thorough, through the whole process. She made sure things went smoothly for us with paperwork and was always there to answer any questions. Highly recommend her.
