Kim Guasca was recommended by a family member, and was an absolutely God sent blessing. We were not only selling for the first time, but were also moving out of state, so we would not be close. From our first meeting she made us feel comfortable and safe having her handle this for us. She communicated with us for each step, was always responsive whenever I had a question, was there to set up maintenance and needed repairs, and made this experience a lot less painful than it could have been. She was always pleasant and when we would get discouraged, she would lift us up.

Let me just say if I could give Sarah and Rod 10 stars for the effort that they gave my wife and I with selling my Mother-in Laws house they would get it.
Pam and I had a very difficult situation with selling the house due to the fact that it was under a Reverse Mortgage, Sarah and Rod made the process so much easier. They had our best interest in mind every step of the way.
Their professionalism and understanding in real estate is exemplary. I would recommend to anyone trying to sell their home to contact them. You won’t be disappointed!
