There are Real Estate Agents and then there is Nate!

Our journey began with Nate about four years ago. We started the process of purchase once when I realized my math was faulty and we had to end the process. We went on hold, but Nate was not deterred. When we were ready the second time he was by our side. Then this happened . . .

We found the house that ticked all the boxes, that we both were in love with and before we could get the contractor in for an estimate an offer was given and accepted. Nate called, we were sad (to say the least), but we moved forward looking at the next closest thing - which was not in the same ballpark. As we were leaving that showing I said to Nate, as I had been saying to my husband since we lost our dream house, I just feel like it is going to come back to us. He smiled and said something like "that would be great."

Fast forward a few days and I am trying to show my daughter our second choice when our first choice was on the screen right beside it saying "For Sale." I hung up on our daughter, called my husband, our offer(s) were submitted that night and the picture above is us at our closing.

I hope you see what I mean when I say there are agents - and then there is Nate!

I have used Nathan twice now for real estate transactions. The first time I was the purchaser and the most recent the seller. Both times Nathan was more than helpful, he showed his genuine care for the needs my family and I had. When we thought things weren’t going as we had hoped Nathan was able to be calm and give us a sense of peace and assure us that these transactions just take time and everything was going just how they should. I recommend Nate for any real estate purposes you might have!

I had an unusual situation of selling my parents home after their passing while living in another state. Nathan helped me tremendously. Thanks to Nate, we have just purchased our forever home, suited perfectly for our special needs daughter. He was so helpful in getting our previous home sold quickly, advising us on all details to help it move fast. And boy did it! It sold the first weekend on the market.
Nate was really attentive to details that made our purchase so much easier, always willing to jump in and help whenever needed. Nate was quick to respond and so amicable to work with.

Nathan is my realtor who is the best I have ever met. I am not living in NY and I couldn't handle anything there when I bought and sold my house which is for my children. He always arranged and helped whatever we needed. He is really generous and explained everything whatever I needed. It was so precious time to work with him. I immigrated about 6 years ago and I am not a native speaker, but he always gave time to make it clear and understand easily. My family is loving him and I couldn't forget him. He seems like my family and friend. So I strongly recommend him for every people.

I wanted a realtor who would be completely honest and tell me NO if need be. He knows his stuff when it comes to houses and has a very down to earth way of explaining, what may seem to some, complicated things. Honesty, Integrity, good bedisde manner, and an easy way of doing things that will put you at ease.

Nathan was always quick to answer any questions that we had. He was very responsive by text, email or calling. When we needed to ask the owner a question Nathan was always there to be “the go between guy”. When we met the owner at the house for the presettlement check Nathan was there to help. Always very pleasant and happy personality! We would use him again if we were buying or selling. Thanx Nathan.

Nathan was courteous, professional, offered good advice, and was patient with a potentially difficult house and property to sell (old, unique farmhouse). He delivered showing materials on time, took photos and advertised the listing promptly, coordinated with other realtors for showings. We didn't have a chance for an open house because we received an acceptable offer prior to scheduling one!
All in all, Nate is a friendly, easy to work with, and methodical realtor who will get the job done! Great work Nate!
