I have used Nathan twice now for real estate transactions. The first time I was the purchaser and the most recent the seller. Both times Nathan was more than helpful, he showed his genuine care for the needs my family and I had. When we thought things weren’t going as we had hoped Nathan was able to be calm and give us a sense of peace and assure us that these transactions just take time and everything was going just how they should. Our journey began with Nate about four years ago. We started the process of purchase once when I realized my math was faulty and we had to end the process. We went on hold, but Nate was not deterred. When we were ready the second time he was by our side. Then this happened . . .
We found the house that ticked all the boxes, that we both were in love with and before we could get the contractor in for an estimate an offer was given and accepted. Nate called, we were sad (to say the least), but we moved forward looking at the next closest thing - which was not in the same ballpark. As we were leaving that showing I said to Nate, as I had been saying to my husband since we lost our dream house, I just feel like it is going to come back to us. He smiled and said something like "that would be great."
Fast forward a few days and I am trying to show my daughter our second choice when our first choice was on the screen right beside it saying "For Sale." I hung up on our daughter, called my husband, our offer(s) were submitted that night and the picture above is us at our closing.

Nathan is my realtor who is the best I have ever met. I am not living in NY and I couldn't handle anything there when I bought and sold my house which is for my children.
