I interviewed Julie and 2 other agents and she blew them out of the water with her enthusiasm and "vibe." After agreeing to work together on a Thursday, I saw houses on Friday and Monday, and was under contract within a day for my first house. She walked me through all the steps and didn't make me feel stupid for all my first time home buyer questions. Julie was so fast to respond to my emails/texts and her team was on the ball too. I hope I never need to, but if I have to find another house in the area, Julie will be my first call.

Julie is an amazing realtor - the best there is! She's helped me buy two homes and sell one. When I bought my first home six years ago, she was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough in explaining everything in detail. Her knowledge is incredibly extensive - she knows so much about houses that she's able to point out many things that I would've missed as a homebuyer. When buying my second house, she found out exactly what the seller was motivated by and we were able to make a quick, strong offer that got us the house. If she hadn't been willing to work so hard on a Saturday for us, we would've missed out on our home. She then helped me sell my first house, including staging it perfectly and pricing it better than I could've ever dreamed. We ended up with multiple strong offers and found the perfect buyers. Most importantly, through all of the ups and downs of all three sales, Julie has always had my interests at heart. She helped me manage my stress around the process, was straightforward and honest about everything, and was always available to answer my questions. I would recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a house!

Julie Reisner went above and beyond to make sure the entire process of buying a home went smoothly for me. She was quick to respond on any questions I had as well as keeping me updated on any and everything I needed to be aware of. From the start she was full of light and made me feel at ease while the home search began. She was very flexible to my schedule for all home viewings and even though the first few homes viewed weren’t exactly what I was looking for, it never felt like a waste of time because she managed to make them all learning opportunities for me. Once I found my home she was persistent with all things asked for from seller and made sure I was not settling! I feel overall I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to have worked with. I would and will be recommending Julie any and every chance I get!

Julie was really accommodating and willing to go above and beyond for us while trying to find our first home! She’s knowledgeable and was ready and willing to answer all of our questions. Julie was amazing. She listened to our wants and needs in a new home and helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. She was very patient with us throughout the entire process, explaining everything in great detail. She was so honest with everything, making sure to point out all flaws and potential issues with each home. Once we found the right house, she helped us put in an offer in a speedy manner. We wouldn't have the home we love so much today if it wasn't for all of Julie's guidance and willingness to help us to the fullest. She is also just a very bright and fun person to be around!
