I highly recommend Julie as she is a true master of her craft. Throughout our search, she was always available at the level we needed including still checking in when we were in a contemplation phase, and certainly very much in contact when the active search was underway. She was always driving the process forward, suggesting great options, and making herself more available than I would have possibly expected. She helped coach us about the potential events, the likely events, and what replies or responses to each she'd suggest to help us achieve our goals. She's the best.

I honestly cannot recommend Julie enough!! She somehow manages to find the perfect balance of being educational without being too assertive or overbearing.
