I honestly cannot recommend Julie enough!! She somehow manages to find the perfect balance of being educational without being too assertive or overbearing. She truly is in it to equip you with all of the knowledge to make the best decision for yourself and is your biggest cheerleader through the whole process. It was so reassuring to be able to walk in to a busy open house and see just how much more in depth and observant she was compared to lots of other groups that were touring. I have no doubt I got the best help possible with my house hunting and am so happy with my experience.

Do you need a realtor? STOP! Look no further! Julie is hands down the best realtor in the area. When we found a home that we fell in love with, she was our advocate from the get go. The home was a FSBO, and she organized everything beautifully for us and was the middle man with the sellers. Julie was always quick to respond, even with my anxious thoughts that were over the top at times.

Not only did we end up in our dream home, but Julie sold our old home quickly as well! She knew when something being asked by the buyers was too much or not an appropriate ask and wasn’t afraid to speak up for us.
