Andy was a great realtor to work with. My wife and I were first time home buyers and had tons of questions because we didn't fully know what to expect. Everything we asked he was able to give us an answer and helped guide us on the whole process. Andy always went out of his way when we wanted to look at houses and everything went great. We put in multiple bids for various homes but we're always outbid or not chosen because I used VA home loan and some sellers didn't like that. We ended up having to buy a new construction home because of how competitive the market was and we closed on our first home in March of 2021. Since moving living here for 2 years now, Andy has kept in contact regularly and even sent birthday cards to my wife and I. If you want a great realtor that goes above and beyond, let the Ramos Group take care of you. I know when I go to sell and of I buy again locally I'm going back through them.

I highly recommend contacting Stephanie and Andy for your house hunting journey in SCV or anywhere in fact. My experience with them has been impeccable with buying our first home during the crazy housing market. They helped us with inventory, negotiating with seller, financial process and escrow. They are very personable and even check-in time to time! It was overwhelming to go through what area and neighborhoods in Santa Clarita and they helped us navigate what fit our needs as a family. They also gifted our new baby a storybook about new homes and it was so cute. I will continue recommend them to our family and friends.

We were blessed to be introduced to Andy through a co-worker of mine. Shopping for a home is stressful but shopping for a home during Covid with limited inventory was nerve racking! Andy and Stephanie made the process seamless and keep up a positive morale throughout the entire 3 months. They are an amazing team and they work hard to find you a home.

Stephanie and Andy were amazing! From the day I reached out expressing my interest in purchasing a new home, Stephanie was on it. I began receiving emails of possibilities, and Stephanie and Andy always made time to take us to see properties. We found the perfect home after a few weeks of searching, and they helped us through the offer and counter offer, then through the very stressful escrow process. Stephanie and Andy had great communication with us, and with the sellers agent, keeping everyone in the know. They explained every step well, so we always knew what was going on.
