My parents recently sold their home of nearly 50 years and were looking for an “easier” house in the Bismarck-Mandan area. Tanya was their agent from beginning to end, and never once gave up on their wishes. She was extremely patient with a couple who hadn’t been exposed to the real estate market since the 1970s.
Tanya was punctual, organized, and respectful. She not only kept my parents informed throughout the process, but she listened attentively to me and my sisters’ questions and observations. She was extremely knowledgeable in the local market and responded quickly to our concerns.
