Fantastic from start to finish. Got us in our new home and helped with most everything. Letting her list our condo and expect we will get the same quality service.
Her communication was excellent. We've worked with Laura 3 times now, and all 3 we were more than happy with how friendly, professional, and just all around good at her job she was. We sold our house in less a week, with a backup offer, to a cash buyer, and bought our home for $65,000 under asking (appraisal value), and the seller threw in a new roof with some additional repairs.

Laura was truly incredible when it came to selling our house. This was not a conventional sale as the buyer assumed our loan. It was a long 8 month process where Laura went above and beyond for us. She worked hard posting our house on social media and realtor pages, she had a great open house, and in the end worked diligently and aggressively to get our home assumed for months!
