Before putting our house on the market, our family interviewed 4 other listing agents; however, after meeting Alec and Chris, I immediately knew that they would be the perfect fit - and my instincts were spot on. They came prepared to our first meeting with a clear marketing plan, set realistic expectations, and answers to questions I had not even thought to ask.

Once the house was actually listed for sale, they quickly put their marketing plan into action; between just a few open houses, our home was had over asking within 10 days. I'll admit that because of the high stress of the move, I probably was more high maintenance than I care to admit, yet they were always kind, courteous, and patient with my endless questions and need for reassurance.

I am happy to recommend the Rodriguez Brothers without hesitation - they are the absolute dream team if you are selling property in Santa Clarita or surrounding areas.

Chris is hands down the best to work with! He is truly committed to finding your perfect home, constantly on the lookout. Chris helped us navigate this crazy housing market and his dedication is what led us to finding our perfect home! He was available at every hour of the day and was extremely responsive. If I wanted to see a house, he would set it up right away, and we’d see it the same day. Chris is very knowledgeable when it comes to the housing market. Alec was an exceptional real estate agent to work with. He is a hard worker, who is dedicated to helping his clients throughout the whole home buying process. We had Chris Rodriguez in the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. He never hesitated to answer any questions we had.... regardless of the time of day. He always dedicated his time to showing myself and my family plenty of homes, even if they were unsure of possibilities. He introduced us to new construction homes around the area and the benefit of all communities. This is our 2nd time working with Chris Rodriguez purchasing a home. He doesn’t beat around the bush. He’s always available when you have any questions. Seller wants a fast escrow and Chris knows what needs to be done. Our offer got accepted in 24hrs. He knows how to let the other offers come in and work his price point where he’ll get accepted. 25days of escrow, all contingencies met, Chris will make it happen!

The Santa Clarita property brothers truly delivered for us! They definitely know what they’re doing. We only had short open houses on weekends & on the second weekend, we already got a fair offer. The gap between the closing of escrows for the purchase of a new house & the sale of our current property is only 3 weeks. This is largely due to their diligence, reputation & logical planning..
