Aidan Dituri

My daughter asked me to use Aidan Dituri for a recent home purchase in the Coeur d'Alene area because he is a good friend of hers and told me he'd do a good job. Not knowing Aiden I trusted her advice. Aidan was fantastic during the whole process. He was on top of the home search every step of the way, was always available for advice and to show homes, and negotiated a great price for for our daughter. During the escrow period he showed how well he knew the contracts and paperwork and kept every detail in line. He communicated with us constantly every step of the way. I am licensed as an Idaho real estate broker and could have done the whole deal myself but am vey happy I trusted Aidan to complete this transaction for us and make it completely stress free.
