Kelly did a wonderful job! She helped my husband and I, from start to finish to get our home. She helped us through some rough times but she didn't give up. She's a fresh of breath air. I've never seen anyone work as hard as she has and her knowledge is great! She was there day and night, whether it was by phone or text, she never let us down. Even though I had multiple recommendations for a realtor to represent us, I also researched others and saw Next Home's top rating so I was compelled to meet with them. While my other options where strong, Next Home's offered many things the other's didn't including a clear full plan to prep our house for sale- significantly stronger than the competition. They also appeared to attain higher prices for their sales. Kelly Thomas took the lead but was also backed Cherrie and many others. Kelly was extreamly responsive to every call and email. Most things went smoothly and the things that didn't, which is certainly normal in any sale of this type, they took care of. We were able to have full control of when potential buyers viewed our property so we could maintain a decent level of privacy. We also thought the escrow company they used helped to make things very smooth. I would certainly recommend you meet with them prior to finalizing your representation so you can compare like I did. It was a simple decision and clearly lived up to their top rating.

"Kelly went above and beyond selling my house. It was a difficult situation personally and she handled everything extremely professionally and with ease. She did multiple open houses, was in constant contact with myself and potential buyers at all times and was available at all hours. She really cares deeply about her clients and wants to do anything she can for them. There was an issue with my solar company and she put so much effort and time in getting it resolved so that it didn’t affect me in a negative way. When all was said and done Kelly was able to sell my house $20,000 over asking price! I will use Kelly in the future for all of my realtor needs and would recommend her to anyone. She works tirelessly for her clients and is definitely one of the best in the business. "

Our experience with Kelly was great. She's very easy to work with, professional, funny and pretty cool in general. Kelly was fully dedicated to selling our home quickly, and really cared about our unique situation (9 dogs and busy schedules), so showing the house was really low stress and easy to manage. She's was really motivated to get our house sold, which helped our own motivation exactly when we needed it. Regarding specific skills and style of marketing our home, Kelly relied on modern technology and media, which was very cool and really refreshing. This included high quality, well and stylishly shot and produced videos aided by drones, professional photography, social marketing and high quality print media.

I was incredibly lucky to have Kelly Thomas by my side as a first time seller & buyer! Dealing with my mother & grandmother's passing was heavy enough at age 20, let alone being thrown into the world of real estate at a young age! Not only did Kelly help me through the process of selling a home, she explained everything every step of the way, being incredibly patient with me during one of the toughest times of my life. On top of that, she helped me find my dream home!
