We had decided it was time in our life to down size our home. I saw an add for iTodd on a Radue home and called. He got back immediately and showed us many homes. We decided to build. He was always helping us to keep in touch with the builder when needed. He also helped sell our house. It sold in 3 days. He had all the meetings taken care of and everything went like clockwork. A great guy to work with!

Todd did a very good job for us. He communicated with us every step of the way and returned phone calls/text immediately. It was comforting to know that we had someone to rely on. Todd was everything I could’ve asked for in a real estate agent; he was patient throughout the entire process, extremely knowledgeable, and made me feel like he genuinely wanted what was best for me when looking at houses to buy as well as selling my own. Todd was an amazing person to work with in finding our house. We were from out of town and he was very flexible in setting up showings and knowledgeable about the area. He found us a great house in a neighborhood that fits us perfectly. He kept our short and long term plans in mind and was very helpful for us as first time home buyers. As a first time buyer I was unsure who to contact and how the entire process worked. I could not have been in better hands! Todd made the whole process so easy! He always followed up and always did what he said he would do. I never had to wonder what was happening, he guided me every step of the way and kept me informed always. Todd was great to work with. When it came to selling our house he put together a marketing strategy that helped us get $10,500 over asking price in less than 4 days. He said from the very beginning that as long as we trusted him and his process we would be in the driver seat for the buying/selling process. He was absolutely right! We are now living in our dream home!

Todd was right there with us every step of the way after 7 rejected offers we closed early on the 8th offer. Todd was sending us properties to look at 3 times a week minimum. He never lost faith that we would find a house in our price range even when we were beginning to!! Todd will bust his butt for you and learn what you want so he isn’t wasting anybody’s time!! If you are looking for a new home call Todd Langer, you will be happy you did!!

Right away Todd was straight forward and to the point when I met him. He is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. If he didn't know an answer he would point me in the the right direction. Being a first time home buyer, that was exactly what I needed. He gave me lessons on all the necessary knowledge when buying a home and all the options that go into play. He made me feel coinfident through the entire process and kept things going. I would recommend Todd to everyone I meet who is looking for a home. Thank you Todd for everything!

Todd worked incredibly hard for us! We actually switched from our previous agent to Todd Langer and thank goodness we found him! Todd valued our input and wish list, while offering expert opinions too. He was always available for showings and actually often dropped what he was doing to take us to a newly available house. This was our first home, and he never made us feel foolish for asking questions or for hesitating! Not only did he explain everything that was going on in this confusing process, he also fought to make sure we got the best deal. If we move in the future, we will be contacting Todd Langer!
