What a patient I went back-and-forth on selling my property due to a variety of reading over the last two years Todd was understanding and accommodating to these changes and still represented me in the sale of my property in the end.

After running around for about a year trying to get everything ready to buy a house there was a lot of anticipation of chaos that was about to begin. From day one, however, it has been nothing but relaxed and a VERY easy process. Anytime that we wanted to look at a house.. and man was it a lot of houses. Jamie would go out of her way no matter how late or if it was an hour before a Packer game. Never have I ever worked with anyone who was that flexible. An absolutely incredible job. Lily was very patient guiding my wife and I through our first home purchase. We were very picky and bought at a difficult time in the market but she showed us dozens of homes and helped to narrow our search and focus on the things we really wanted from a property. Homes were selling so fast that we needed to visit them usually within a day or two or then being listed and Lily was very good about being flexible with her schedule and making sure we would be able to see homes even on short notice. She was also very helpful when we asked for advice on making offers and with her help we ended up finding a house that is perfect for us.

Wow! From our first meeting, Jamie accuratly assessed our property's selling price and set us up for a realistic experience. Her recommendations for staging were great and the photos and video were watched over 10,000 times with lots of positive feedback. She was in contact with us everystep of the way, from getting in touch with us if we didn't respond to a Showingtime request, to organizing an electrician to install GFCI outlets as soon as the inspection report came in.
