We worked with Jamie for about 8 months. During that time she was always very responsive to any questions and requests - even when they were made outside of regular work hours. She kept us updated on new listings and quickly scheduled showings if we wanted to take a look at a property. And she always did everything with an upbeat personality and a smile on her face. When we finally did purchase a property there was a last minute issue on the day of the closing. She made immediate contact with the listing agent and had it resolved before the closing took place. In one word, Excellent. Most people probably have a very similar selling story ours was not your typical sale we originally went on market with our home ready and all the pre work done and appraisal in great condition with good idea of market before listing. We listed with Jamie who did an excellent job on communicating throughout the process and had over asking negotiated offer accepted in 2 days. As life shows us time and time again you can't predict everything that happens, we went from sold and another home locked in to 17 days later having our buyer have a mid life relationship crisis causing them to back out of house with no fault of our own with the option to take legal action or keep ernest money, what a challenging situation. We prayed about it and decided to let them go but It destroyed the listing momentum and interested buyers going back on market with no reason for fallout. I decided to pull off market work more on my business and get back to life with the idea that maybe the timing wasn't right for us, even though we were dead set on the new place that had fallen out because of our buyer. With that being said we hit the market (almost 2 years later) with an Eye catching very professional video she made and sold in a couple days Jamie worked very hard for this and as a business owner I understand how hard it is to put in all the right results and have a door close! This might be her longest review but it's and honest one great realtor quick to respond, friendly charismatic and easy to work with over the years have made many recommendations to friends and family.
