As first-time home buyers, our experience with Lily was exactly what we needed. Lily did a great job informing us of how the buying process worked, always gave us helpful insight, and ensured we were comfortable throughout the entirety of this process. She was there to answer any and all questions we had, which allowed us to remain informed throughout the duration of this experience. Lily was very patient guiding my wife and I through our first home purchase. We were very picky and bought at a difficult time in the market but she showed us dozens of homes and helped to narrow our search and focus on the things we really wanted from a property. Homes were selling so fast that we needed to visit them usually within a day or two or then being listed and Lily was very good about being flexible with her schedule and making sure we would be able to see homes even on short notice. She was also very helpful when we asked for advice on making offers and with her help we ended up finding a house that is perfect for us.

We absolutely loved working with Lily! She made our first home buying experience so much easier. We knew nothing, and had no idea what to expect about the process, but she had the answers and kept us calm. She is well versed with other real estate agents, and she was very prompt with all of our communications throughout the entire experience. Lily was patient and worked through some tough situations with us. She did not try to push any and all houses on us, she listened and gave us some honest feedback on the houses we looked at.
