Hunter was absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the whole process! We relocated from out of state and he was able to FaceTime us through our top picks and was extremely thorough in showing us the important parts of the houses. Knowledge of the local market was spot-on and we were able to make a competitive offer on our dream house. He was proactive and communication was great throughout the whole process. There were small dramas with the sellers towards the end but Hunter handled everything professionally and made the process as easy as possible for us! Hunter did an amazing job at making sure we find the perfect home! We were new to the Midwest and first time homebuyers, we knew nothing about areas and nothing about buying a house and hunter made sure we understood everything and how it worked never felt the need to hold back on asking questions hunter made us feel very comfortable and really cared about us and our small family he really followed the model of next home of putting the family first before the home. Hunter was always accessible and flexible with us as we took a small break due to having a baby he was really patient and we never felt rushed by him to buying a house I strongly recommend him as your realtor we are content with our house and couldn’t ask for a better realtor!!

Hunter did a great job! We were in the middle of selling my dad's house to be able to fund the assisted living he had to be in when he passed. There were probate and legal things we had to jump through to get everything back on track for the sale. Even with the issues we had, Hunter was patient and supportive in getting everything ready and we were able to sell the house successfully. He was a pleasure to work with and I will be using him again in the future.
