He was present at every meeting along the way - from builder walkthroughs, to electrical work estimates in the home, and the closing. This tells me he cares a great deal about his clients. It was easy to ask Ross questions along the way (I had a lot of them), and he was always prompt to get the answers for me. What stood out to me most was that Ross was upfront about the listed price on my home and any leeway the seller had. Because of this, I was able to have my offer accepted below the asking price. In this market, I feel like that’s a rare occurrence, and Ross clearly showed that he wants his clients to pay the right price for their homes.

Ross helped us in 2022 when we had hoped to become homeowners but after putting in 1 offer we decided to see if the market would calm down. He stayed in touch with me for 2 years but in a relationship building way - not applying pressure or asking us when we wanted to start our search again. Fast forward to the end of 2024. We moved quickly and decided to get pre-approved and do some tours.
