Michael was extremely helpful in explaining purchase details of a large lot we purchased out of town. We looked at plenty of properties and Mike was patient through the whole process. He did not sugar coat anything and told it like it was which, as a buyer, is the exact type of realtor you want. When we first met he let me know the climate of the housing market and was very knowledgeable of how to buy a house in such market. Through out the house showing process he was very reachable and available to answer questions. If he was not available then he made sure one of his team members would be available to do a showing. He definitely goes to bat for you and I appreciated that.
