Cindy Geiser is a great real estate agent. She helped me sell my half-plex in April. She gave me advice on what I needed to do to list my home as well as what would be a good listing price. She did an open house four days after listing and that helped get an offer and move the property into escrow six days after listing. Cindy is very timely about getting paperwork to her clients and making sure that everything gets signed. She helped me find contractors/services to make the necessary modifications and repairs in order to close escrow. Cindy has a lot of experience with properties in the greater Sacramento area and was able to answer any questions that I had and address any concerns that I had. The half-plex appraised very close to what she had me list the property for, so she knows the market well and went through the comparables well. She even came by with her husband to help me modify one of the doors so the appraisal would go through.

Cindy is a relentless hard working professional women & very knowledgeable in what she is doing. She went out of her way to help us get our house sold, even though the buyer was somewhat difficult to deal with, her patience was amazing. In the end our house was sold & we moved to Arizona. I would recommend Cindy to anyone who is looking to buy/sell a house.

Cindy is a true professional. She takes into consideration the client's wishes. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She goes above and beyond for her client. Our home loan was pending a termite inspection and the termite inspector was knit picking at any little thing to hold up our loan because we didn't go with his company for the repairs. This grueling inspection lasted a week and the last thing the inspector wanted us to fix was the dirt line against the house. Cindy asked him how far do you want it from the house. He told her how far and instead of waiting for our contractor to come back another day, she dug it out herself right there. He was shocked and we passed the inspection!! I recommend Cindy to anyone that is interested in buying a house. She is a 10 !!!

Every step of the way through our process she was there, answering questions letting me know what was going on. I never had to wait to find out she would let me know ahead of time. My calls were always answered within hrs and if anything went wrong - she got us going again. She had a solution for everything. I felt very confident in her knowledge.

Cindy is a very hard-working agent and very dedicated to her work. She responds immediately to calls or returns calls as quickly as possible. She is very pleasant, friendly and approachable with any questions about the scope of her work. I contacted Cindy Geiser looking to purchase a condo/half-plex/house as a first time homebuyer, so I was fairly flexible. Within two weeks she found a great half-plex that met my criteria (part of town, size, price, etc.), since she knew the other realtor, she was able to get my offer in before anyone else's and it was accepted (at a good price given the current seller's market). After that she knew a great loan officer that was able to get my loan closed within 30 days. Cindy has a lot of experience and it shows. She seems to know the areas in this county very well. She is nice and easy-going, but at the same time she is aggressive about going after a property for a client, she is always on top of paperwork during all steps of the process, and she knows how to take care of business in general. She was willing to explain and answer any issues/questions that I had during my process of buying a home, which was huge. I would recommend this realtor to anyone.

Cindy helped us finding a home in Rocklin, as we are living abroad it took us more then one year to find a beautiful house. Cindy was so patient to accompany us all this time and presented more than a hundred houses to us. She managed the time difference, she prepared very professionally the documents and helped with many administrative things. We really enjoyed working with her as she has a very pleasant personality. Selling higher-end real estate in late 2012 and early 2013 was no easy chore... particularly in a short sale situation. Cindy and her team did a terrific job marketing, locating qualified buyers, selling and negotiating with the lender to accept the terms of the short sale. Since then we have kept in touch and she has been a valuable source of real estate availability information and pricing as well as a trusted advisor. Cindy has been a God send to is! After my grandfather's death, my family chose Cindy to help sell his house. I am still amazed that she did so right as the market started bottoming out - she sold it quickly and at a price I didn't think possible. Then she helped my husband and I buy a home and guided us through a short sale. I never would have ventured down this path without her. We were caught in a bad situation where the federal and local governments had gotten involved in our development and made a mess, including eminent domain on the common property. With the down turn in the market, I was sure we were stuck for life, but Cindy's tenacious can do attitude, gave me the courage to move on. Every day I am so happy and grateful that she did. She is knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, warm - and a cheerleader during the rough times of the process. We have benefitted greatly from her expertise in three very different scenarios . We initially met Cindy in our quest to buy investment property. With her assistance we purchased a bank owned property. During this experience we saw first-hand Cindy's skills and dedication to her clients. Subsequently, our son entered the real estate market to find a house. We again called upon Cindy and through her persistence a great deal was negotiated for our son. In the process we also found a fantastic deal and purchased land near-by. Cindy is detail oriented.
