It is so great to have someone so friendly and knowledgeable to help us with what would have otherwise been an overwhelming and stressful process. She comes with a plethora of recommendations of local business that help make the process of choosing the right inspector or lender much quicker and easier. Could not recommend her enough for helping to get us into our dream home!

Erika was well informed of the said property. She was answering all the questions my wife and through at her and quickly. She’s on her game. She made some excellent recommendations about get the well water tested and septic system checked where I’ve never dealt with that system before. Saved us a bundle by doing just that. Definitely would suggest Erica as an agent to someone else.

My husband and I were looking to buy our first home and knew very little about the home buying process. Erika answered all of our questions and taught us everything we needed to know. She was always available and went above and beyond every step of the way. We began looking in September 2023 and didn’t find our perfect home until May 2024. She showed us numerous houses during this time frame and at no point did Erika make us feel rushed or pressured us in anyway. She waited until we found the perfect house and then she took it from there. Expectedly, there were a few bumps along the home buying journey but Erik handled everything perfectly. Erika was the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with, and we have dealt with several over the years. She was kind, patient, professional, and went above and beyond. She answered messages promptly, even night and weekend ones. She was willing to drive and show us homes outside of her normal area.
