Julie is a awesome realtor. She listens to what you say you are looking for in a house. If you point out certain things you are looking for and things you don't want she remembers that while looking at the next houses. She is good at pointing things out that we wouldn't have even thought of. If you are looking for a very nice and considerate realtor I would pick her.

Buying your first home can be quite the adventure, but Julie made it comfortable and easy. She is very personable and knowledgeable about purchasing a home. Julie made sure to point out any detail notable, good or bad about a home, which helped the process as first time home buyers. She is always willing to answer each question we had to ease our minds. Even during the Holiday season, Julie was right by our side. Highly recommend Julie to everyone.

Julie was an excellent realtor! We initially spoke with Julie about another property, but when a new one came on the market we called and she visited it for us. Took pics & videos and sent them to us, and submitted the bid for us. Since we were from out of town, she was basically our eyes and feet on the ground. Wonderful buying experience with her!

Julie provided outstanding service from start to finish. She helped me to quickly find a home knowing that my back was against a wall in terms of my apartment lease term ending soon. She understood my needs and budget and helped me to remain focused on the end result, which was to find a home that was not only in my budget, but also one that I could be proud of. Moreover, she always seemed to have time to talk with me and show me homes at any time of the day, even though the houses I was looking at were well over an hour away from her home base of operation. Kudos to Julie and her closing team! I would choose Julie and her team all over again the next time I plan on making the same move. Thank you!

Julie was great! She was very knowledgeable about the intricacies of the properties we looked at and how it related to our specific needs. Julie was very reachable and approachable. She helped us with all of our questions in a very timely matter and when we had ones she couldn't answer immediately, she promised to get back to us and did every time. Awesome experience and will go to her again in a heartbeat.

Julie represented my husband and myself as both a Buyer's Agent and Listing Agent. As a Buyer's Agent she did an outstanding job writing offers and giving advice on how to get the house we wanted when the market was really geared toward sellers. She negotiated needed repairs on the house we were purchasing. She gave 110% and did a great job. In the end, the listing agent wouldn't give Julie her commission as we had inquired about the house prior to signing with Julie which I feel was downright criminal after all the work Julie did on the deal, attending inspections etc. Julie continued to answer questions and help us even though she didn't get a dime.
She was an awesome listing agent as well. She knew how to market our house and we ended up getting an accepted offer in just 2 days for $20k over asking price. If I could give Julie a 10 star rating I would. If you're listing or buying a house be sure Julie is your agent. She is excellent! Thanks so much Julie!

Julie did an exceptional job assisting my mother with the sale of her home! From our initial meeting, she was very kind, patient and knowledgeable about the home sale process. As difficult as it is to buy and sell, especially when you already love your home, Julie made the transition much nicer. The support staff she has did a fantastic job of keeping the ball rolling forward. We truly appreciate Julie and amount of hand holding she did for me. I wouldn't have made it through the process without her attention to my feelings. Definitely would highly recommend Julie, she knows her stuff for sure.

Julie has helped me purchase two rental properties, She made the process a breeze, very knowledgeable of the market and home buying process, knew exactly what I was looking for.
