We used Julie as our realtor in the purchase of our home, sale of our home and sale of my mother's home. She was absolutely awesome! She is honest, trustworthy and goes above and beyond for her clients. When the seller's agent of the home we purchased took her commission on a legal technicality (not everyone is honest) after Julie attended inspections and did all the work, Julie took it in stride and continued help us. She did a great job selling our home and got us 20k over asking price! When my mom was too ill to prepare her house for sale, Julie spent her own time cleaning her house and making it look beautiful for sale. Another agent would have told me to hire a cleaning service. She sold my mom's house for 6K over asking price. When the appraisal of my mom's house came in at less than the sale price due to an error in the MLS, Julie negotiated with the bank and took less commission to make sure my mom got what she was promised and we closed on time. We met Julie at a condo open house. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a few questions about the condo that she answered and a few that she did not know. Early the very next day we had all our questions answered. We requested to see the condo again which she was very accommodating to our schedule. Julie is a awesome realtor. She listens to what you say you are looking for in a house. If you point out certain things you are looking for and things you don't want she remembers that while looking at the next houses.
