Deb was fantastic, we told here what we were looking for in home purchase and provided us with home options. Did home tours over the phone via video tour. When it came time to purchase the home it was very easy with all contracting done online. We had a deadline of Sept. 18th and everything was completed on time by that date. She was very professional and helpful in completing our new home purchase.

After 40 years we decided to sell our home and move closer to family, which was emotional and could have been stressful. All the questions of what is the best way to sell it come to mind?

Rae was amazing as I desired to move 2300 miles from the qca and didn't know how to go about doing that. She took me through the entire process step by step, and I wouldn't have known how to do it. When selling my home, she was always looking out for what was best for me. When i didn't understand something, she helped me till i did understand. She puts her clients first. When she made a suggestion sha always knows what she's talking about. She is completely trustworthy.

It was a daunting task, living in Dallas and trying to sell property in Illinois. My brother recommended using QC Gold Team, having had a good experience when he bought a house in the Quad Cities. Debra walked me through each step of the selling process, even though I asked a lot of first time seller questions. Debra was my realtor with my recent purchase of my home. She negotiated the price for me with extra's that my family has already enjoyed. I have been in my new home for 6 days now and I am so pleased with the purchase. I am not disappointed whatsoever. Deb helped me through the process and I was lucky to have her. Rae was exceptionally helpful when selling the house my mother-in-law had to part with when she moved into a nursing home. She showed great wisdom in pricing it so it sold well above the asking price and above what we thought the house was worth. She actually made the dreaded process enjoyable. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rae!

Rae was extremely helpful in finding and purchasing our new home! She was very flexible with her time. She showed us houses on weekends and did paperwork for offers late into the night. We appreciated her sacrifice of her time to help us! She was very knowledgeable. Always able to answer any questions we had. She was so good to give us all of the information we needed to make our decisions. She was realistic with us when it came to the bidding process, which we weren't experienced with. Overall, we had an awesome experience with Rae and will continue to work with her for future purchases! Highly recommend!

Deb was great through the whole process! My fianc? and I were looking for our first home and Deb was great at helping us through it. She was very responsive whenever we had interest in viewing a home and got us set up to see it usually within a day. She also helped us through the process of putting an offer in and negotiations back and forth. 100% recommend.
