Brenda already helped us years ago find a home and subsequently sell it when we had to leave the area rather quickly. I'd highly recommend Amber and would work with her again in the future without hesitation. She sold 2 homes for me in 2024 in Rock Island and Coal Valley, after 3 months of concurrent renovations on both. She helped me get out of a difficult situation left from a bad tenant and even worse prior property management company. So thankful for her care and attention. Her project coordination and common sense were invaluable. She considered the specific neighborhood and block when making recommendations for comparables, marketing, and renovation choices. Amanda went over and above to get our property sold. We had a 4 plex rental that we acquired through an estate inheritance. It was a definite fixer upper and not worth a lot. Even though Amanda’s commission from the sale was not much, she kept working at finding a buyer for us. She was always pleasant and so very helpful. We can’t thank her enough. We highly recommend her!

When the buyer dug their heels in on price, Mikki moved mountains to make sure the deal went through and we got our dream home! Leila was very good at paying attention to the needs we had for all 5 of our family members, made sure that we were aware of the pros and cons of each property including the one we purchased. She also walked us through the paperwork, some of which we were familiar with, and others we weren't as we were moving from out of state.
