Leila was amazing to work with! We were out of town when a house we loved popped on the market. She went above and beyond to get us all the information we needed to make an offer without seeing the home in person. While that was a scary thought, Leila allowed us to be comfortable and confident in our decision and it worked out perfectly. She is very knowledgeable, extremely personable, and a ton of fun to be around. If we had a question she responded instantly and was on top of all tasks at hand to make the quick and smooth. We had made Leila aware of what we were looking for in a condo, and our current location was shown. That is “to be shown.” It was selected by someone else so we went to CA. On the way back, Leila contacted us and the rest is a very positive history. Not only did Lela go the extra mile by really listening to our wishes, but she sold our Victorian home with equal positive energy. One of her greatest attributes is the attribute of respectful listening to clients. After that, she did everything we could have wanted in a new residence.

First and foremost I would like to say Leila is the epitome of professionalism. She has surpassed all of our needs and requests. She listened and valued our needs . Our children love her to pieces. It's difficult to purchase a home in this environment. To be competitive as a buyer you have to write an offer on the kitchen table they day the property is listed after just a 45 min showing. Leila was knowledgable, direct, and helped cut through the uncertainty and stress that comes with buying in todays market. I would highly recommend her.

Leila did an amazing job from beginning to end. She was on top of everything. Communication was very very fast. Her enthusiasm and energy were off the charts. She really did a great job at closing making sure that we couldn't get stuck with any outstanding balances on anything from the previous owner. She took such good care of us overall and fought to get us the best deal on everything we could. We will defiantly be using her again in the future if we buy in the area!
