With a difficult buyer's market and being out of town, Brenda was on top of any new listings that came on the market and notified us right away. We were eventually able to find a home and she was incredibly helpful in getting the purchase agreement signed. Between signing and closing, we encountered issues with our lender and how the home we were purchasing was titled. Brenda went above and beyond to communicate with our lender, sellers and the title company to keep things moving. Eventually we were able to get to closing and we are thrilled with our new home!
