Leila was very good at paying attention to the needs we had for all 5 of our family members, made sure that we were aware of the pros and cons of each property including the one we purchased. She also walked us through the paperwork, some of which we were familiar with, and others we weren't as we were moving from out of state. We were looking at available homes in Davenport, Iowa via Zillow and were lucky enough to be put in contact with Leila Vold. Leila setup viewings for us and it didn’t take long for us to realize how knowledgeable she is about the Quad Cities real estate market. It had been 31 years since we bought our first home, so it was like we were first time buyers all over again. Leila always had our best interests at mind and guided us step by step through the purchasing process. Our situation was complicated as we lived 2.5 hours from Davenport and would be having our son acting as our power of attorney at the closing. Leila graciously assisted our son at the walkthrough and during the closing.
