I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Kari! Selling a home can be stressful, especially when there are a lot of moving pieces involved, but she made the entire process feel so much easier and more manageable.
They were always responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer every question I had along the way. I really appreciated how well and quick she communicated, kept me updated, and made sure I understood what was happening at every step. I always felt like Kari genuinely had my best interest in mind and were working hard to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

This is the first time I’ve sold a home and Amber was exceptional!! She kept me calm and got me through it. Carrie is definitely the realtor to go for. She is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help you. She made sure we had a warranty we needed in the contract before the inspector came and said we would need one or to replace! She definitely knows what she is doing! I would recommend her to anyone including first time buyers!!

Carrie was absolutely awesome! As a first time home buyer this is who I would go through. She negotiated things I didn't even know I needed on my behalf and made sure I was well taken care of. I can not say enough great things about Mikki! This is our second time using Mikki. The 1st time was when we bought a house 2 years ago, then again just recently to sell a house. I contacted Kari after a recommendation by a neighbor. She Immediately contacted me and scheduled to see me the next day on a Sunday. She engaged a photographer and listed my home on several sites. She was listened to me and proceeded on my timetable. After five or six showings, it sold. This was my first time selling a home as well as building and buying one in another state. She answered all my questions, kept me informed and held my hand through this stressful process (for me).

I am a first time homebuyer and Brenda was great to work with. She was able to keep up with schedule changes at work, and some wildly different showings I requested(I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted). I had at least a hundred questions and she answered every one.
In the end she made the whole process very smooth and easy for me. I was expecting things to be much more difficult.

Ann did an amazing job with helping us find our house. We spent many months searching through websites/ showings and she was there every step of the way no matter what questions we had or the time of day we asked them. She always had an answer and if she didn't she would find it for us. We had a couple agents while we were looking and none of them did the work that Ann did for us.
