I can not say enough great things about Mikki! This is our second time using Mikki. The 1st time was when we bought a house 2 years ago, then again just recently to sell a house. Both times she went above and beyond for us, making the process fairly easy for us. She was never pushy and answered all of our questions, concerns and worries with knowledge and patience. I contacted Kari after a recommendation by a neighbor. She Immediately contacted me and scheduled to see me the next day on a Sunday. She engaged a photographer and listed my home on several sites. She was listened to me and proceeded on my timetable. After five or six showings, it sold. This was my first time selling a home as well as building and buying one in another state. She answered all my questions, kept me informed and held my hand through this stressful process (for me).

I am a first time homebuyer and Brenda was great to work with. She was able to keep up with schedule changes at work, and some wildly different showings I requested(I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted). I had at least a hundred questions and she answered every one.
In the end she made the whole process very smooth and easy for me. I was expecting things to be much more difficult.
While I plan on being in my place for awhile, I would recommend Brenda to anyone looking for an agent.
