My brothers and I inherited our parents' property in early March of 2025. We were in what could have been a difficult situation.. since we live out of state (IN, GA, and FL) & the 2 acres included 2 homes and 2 outbuildings.
From day one Brenda kept us motivated and positive through our entire situation. She offered great advice and referrals. Brenda was amazing handling the obstacles we had. And cheered us on with the progress we were making.
With Brenda's help we were able to list the property in half the time and sold to a wonderful new family.

Brenda was great, We could not have navigated the overall process of getting our fathers house ready, listed and valued, and thru the tedious closing .. without her support.
She was respectful and patient to roll with the listing of the house, potentially before it was truly ready, and then helped us see the key things that needed to get done to make it Move In Ready., ( helping us get the buyer )
She went above and beyond to handle all the aspects day in and day out, as we the sellers were not local to the area., and helping coordinate a slew of inspectors and consultants and contractors to bring it to the finish line.

Ann-Marine was more than awesome. We were sailing away from Utah to Rock Island, IL and were under a very short timeline. Virtual tours were awesome! We quickly made a trip to see her and she it all lined up. We had a house under contract in a matter of days. Everything was smooth. You blew the hatch of this one! Amber is a rare person. She took on the sale of our house and never let go. She kept in touch looked for options. she was always pleasant to work with and was able to show the house to a lot of buyers. Our house was very large and needed a special family to own it Amber found them. We feel very lucky to have had her as our realtor and she will always be our friend.

simply Amber was great. She stayed with the project, came up with creative ideas and had multiple people look at the house. She kept in contact always and worked real hard to find a buyer. The house is large and needed special people to own it which she found . Not sure how we were lucky enough to have Amber involved in the sale of our home. wish we had another house to sell so we could have Amber again

Leila was awesome. I have been hallf hazardly looking for property for several years, and when this property caught my eye, she was quick to assure a viewing and secure an offer before the planned open house scheduled 2 days later.. She helped to make the entire process easy and fun. Except for me not knowing I needed an appointment at my bank for a wire transfer, causing me to be late for closing. everything went very smoothly.
