Brenda did an amazing job getting to know us and finding out what we were looking for. We had a pretty tight set of parameters that really limited the number of houses we were interested in. She was patient and kept showing us houses in our price range and finally the right one popped up. We made the offer and she walked us through the whole process. She helped us line up financing and attorney. Her team set us up with the utility switch over and gave us advise about securing insurance. I have nothing but good things to say about her and would recommend her services to anyone.

Brenda O'Neil was our agent for a move we were making to the Quad Cities area from out of state and she was amazing!! With a difficult buyer's market and being out of town, Brenda was on top of any new listings that came on the market and notified us right away. We were eventually able to find a home and she was incredibly helpful in getting the purchase agreement signed. Between signing and closing, we encountered issues with our lender and how the home we were purchasing was titled. Brenda went above and beyond to communicate with our lender, sellers and the title company to keep things moving. Eventually we were able to get to closing and we are thrilled with our new home! We would highly recommend Brenda for any and all of your real estate needs!!

My brothers and I inherited our parents' property in early March of 2025. We were in what could have been a difficult situation.. since we live out of state (IN, GA, and FL) & the 2 acres included 2 homes and 2 outbuildings.
From day one Brenda kept us motivated and positive through our entire situation. She offered great advice and referrals. Brenda was amazing handling the obstacles we had. And cheered us on with the progress we were making.
With Brenda's help we were able to list the property in half the time and sold to a wonderful new family.

Amber is a rare person. She took on the sale of our house and never let go. She kept in touch looked for options. she was always pleasant to work with and was able to show the house to a lot of buyers. Our house was very large and needed a special family to own it Amber found them. We feel very lucky to have had her as our realtor and she will always be our friend.

simply Amber was great. She stayed with the project, came up with creative ideas and had multiple people look at the house. She kept in contact always and worked real hard to find a buyer. The house is large and needed special people to own it which she found . Not sure how we were lucky enough to have Amber involved in the sale of our home. wish we had another house to sell so we could have Amber again
