Liz is a wonderful Broker and Agent! She was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and kind. She understood market conditions and I comfortably trusted her input and judgement with purchasing and then selling a home through her. She even helped me close my home in the middle of winter! Communication with her and her staff was excellent throughout the entire process. Teresa checked in with us regularly. She never ended a call without asking, “Is there anything else I can do for you today?”
If repairs were needed, she made the calls and promptly sent the repairman. If we sent a text with a question, she was on it with a response. This included those sent after working hours. We joked that we were beginning to feel like family.

Liz and her staff take the time to get the little things right. And as the saying goes, “The little things are the big things”. Whether little or big, all of our concerns and questions were handled in the same way; promptly.

Liz sold our home in less than 24 hours. We closed in less than 30 days. We would use her and her staff again without hesitation.
