Julie is very knowledgeable about how to structure a purchase offer. Between her structuring of the purchase offer and her loan recommendation, we literally saved several thousands. She recommended a home inspection and we found that the electrical entrance had a major problem. She guided us to a mutually benifical solution with the seller.

Liz was extremely helpful from start to finish. This was our first time buying a home and she was very patient with all of our questions and made the process go smoothly. I would recommend Liz for anyone looking to buy a house in the area.

Teresa was SO helpful. There were a number of issues with the house I was selling and she helped me get it all figured out. And I had some crazy stuff happen - like a drunk driver crashing into my garage and completely demolishing it!! She was with me the whole way and was so good at finding solutions quickly.

My partner and I have been searching for a home together for 3 years. We have been living between 2 houses we we each purchased before our relationship began (before the pandemic). We have toured many homes with multiple agents, but Madi really stuck out. She proved she was worth her salt multiple times on this journey. We started with tours and found our dream home, which was an estate sale, and had multiple hurdles to climb. Madi was the best guide we could have had for this journey. I will also note, my partner works nightshift, so we did all of these communications understanding we had to wait until the evening when my partner was awake. Madi guided us through the process starting with letting me tour the house a second time. With it having 2 units, I could not get the floor plan straight in my head. She was great at helping me figure out the maze pointing out which way was north inside when I would get confused helping me learn and know that this was, in fact, the house I wanted. She was patient and kind in helping me learn the layout confidently. Then she let me sleep on the idea, but followed up soon so we did not miss out on the property. Next was the bid. There were 2 other people interested in the property, but we got the property in the end due to timing and a competitive (fair *not low ball*) offer. It was also a duplex, so it had multiple unique features that created multiple challenges. Again, Madi was able to negotiate and guide beyond our expectations. The property was AS-IS due to being an estate sale, however the windows needed to be replaced in order to legally rent out the other unit for fire codes (which we had to rent it out to afford this amazing property), and she managed to negotiate the price down significantly so we could afford the new windows for the entire property. She also remained calm. I hate conflict/competition, and I am terrible at negotiating. Madi asked for what my thoughts and options were reminding me of the property AS-IS status. I explained there were only 3 options I saw. 1) The price is lowered enough for me to afford the windows and postponed 2 weeks for me to convert to a construction loan instead of a conventional mortgage. 2) The seller will need to wait for me to sell my house to afford new windows. This could be months. 3) I can no longer afford the home and I will need to walk away. I did not want to walk away. I loved this forever home, but I might have had to. Madi went to work with the selling agent, and the sellers chose option 1. I was so excited that another obstacle had been conquered in order to achieve the goal of dream home. We also had to transition from a conventional loan to a construction loan due to the window replacement. She helped us tour the home with window replacement people multiple times for multiple quotes. This allowed us to pick the best company for the job. She also followed up with us on who we chose, as well as, communicated directly with the bank to be sure we were on track. If I had a question that she did not know, she told me who to contact, or would directly contact people for me. On the sidelines she had people in her office work on utility set up for us too. There was difficulty searching for homeowners insurance that the bank would accept for the loan. Buyers be aware, finding homeowner insurance is much harder post pandemic! Due to the fact that it was a construction loan and multiunit, many insurance companies refused to work with us. This involved a bit of luck, but we found a company that would take us on. Closing went smooth. Madi attended and made sure that we felt comfortable and encouraged me to ask ANY questions I had. Even after closing she has helped us. The tax assessment on the property was higher than the appraisal. Madi sent us links on how to file the paperwork to appeal the assessment. She also gave us information on property management companies to consider, since we are renting out the connecting unit to our new home. She was also understanding when we decided to rent out our old houses instead of selling. If we fail at being landlords, we will definitely be going to Madi for selling our old homes. She offered that she could tell us what it could sell for, and explain how much we would actually make after all of the closing costs, fees, etc. Thank you, Madi for all you did over the last couple months. Now we will be putting in these new windows!
