Madi did an excellent job and went above and beyond as our realtor. She met us where our knowledge level was at (being first time home buyers) and helped us step-by-step in the process feel informed and confident in our decision to own. Madi kept communication open and frequent which was greatly appreciated given our busy weeks up to close involving shifting work hours and vacationing. We also felt like she did great advocating for us to squeeze out the best deal possible and we were pleasantly surprised we our closing costs were significantly reduced among other benefits! She is also very personable and a joy to be around and her professional contacts are likewise great to work with!

Moving a family of 4 from Indiana to Iowa was as stressful as you can imagine, but Teresa took on as much of that stress as humanly possible.
