We listed my Mom's townhome in WDM to market and sell. She provided a detailed analysis of the market value and ultimately secured a strong buyer for one of the highest prices to date in the townhome community. Throughout the entire process, Madi was on top of everything, detailed and responsive. She held multiple open houses and follow-up with visitors/leads and communicated effectively with us to help us evaluate offers. She worked though the closing process with a difficult HOA management company that wouldn't return phone calls and enabled us to close on time.
