Selling my mother's home went so smooth. This was my first experience with having to sell property. I didn't have to stress over anything. Rae Carlson took charge and made all necessary contacts for me. She gave expert advice on all details and walked me through each step of the process. I would gladly recommend her to anyone.

Rae was exceptionally helpful when selling the house my mother-in-law had to part with when she moved into a nursing home. She showed great wisdom in pricing it so it sold well above the asking price and above what we thought the house was worth. She actually made the dreaded process enjoyable. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rae!

Rae was extremely helpful in finding and purchasing our new home! She was very flexible with her time. She showed us houses on weekends and did paperwork for offers late into the night. We appreciated her sacrifice of her time to help us! She was very knowledgeable. Always able to answer any questions we had. She was so good to give us all of the information we needed to make our decisions. She was realistic with us when it came to the bidding process, which we weren't experienced with. Overall, we had an awesome experience with Rae and will continue to work with her for future purchases! Highly recommend!

Rae was awesome!! Super easy to work with. Always answered our questions very quickly. She even ran the house keys out to us the next day after closing when the sellers forgot to leave them for us. Excellent realtor!

It was our first experience selling a home. Rae gave us excellent information of what the process would entail and offered her expert advise on how to make the house show well. A few things from the inspection required attention. Rae helped us find the right people to quickly resolve the issues. We were relocating to another state and were not able to be in town during the sale and closing. Rae kept in contact with details, talking us through the process, and represented us at the closing. We were extremely pleased with her knowledge and the service she provided. We would recommend Rae to anyone looking to sell their home.

I used Rae to buy and sell my home and both times it was a pleasure. She's very knowledgeable and listens to every need and concern and gets results. She showed me only homes that had the amenities that I was looking for when I was buying my home. When I sold my home it was only on the market for three weeks and sold so awesome!!

Both of my parents passed away unexpectedly within just months of each other and I had to make the tough decision of selling my childhood home. From Day 1, Rae was beyond knowledgeable about the surrounding market and did her homework so I understood and could make fair and competitive decisions about pricing the house. She told me what realistically should be updated before I put it on the market and what I could leave alone. Add to that, I was just hired for a new job and moved across the country right as the house was officially listed. From afar, she kept me posted every step of the way, and within one week, I had a buyer! The next two months of inspections, estimates and repairs were time consuming, but Rae knows all the best people in the area and the process went smoothly until we finally closed. It was a trying and emotional time, and Rae made it so much easier. I couldn't have done it without her.

She listed and helped me sell seven rental properties. Whenever a problem came up she worked with me and the prospective buyer to resolve it. When it came to negotiating a price for sale she was very prompt and helpful. Overall I am very satisfied with everything involved with selling these properties.

Rae is a wonderful person to work with; she is quick to respond to any questions we had, no matter when we emailed or called her, and provided any information we requested of her, and more. She knew the market and careful looked through the prospective houses with us with our needs in mind. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house in the Quad Cities.

Rae was a great help selling my property. If there was a problem that arose she assisted me through the solutions. There were some issues with a tenant which she handled professionally.

Rae was wonderful to work with. She always coordinated her schedule in order to help us view homes as often as possible. She was extremely honest in her opinions and reviews of homes, but most importantly she was never pushy or misleading. We would recommend her fully!

I have found Rae to be honest in all of her dealings, a quality I highly value. She was able to help me evaluate what I needed to do to make improvements on my house to make it ready to sell. Some of these improvements were ones I never would have thought of or noticed. She was able to direct me to workers and tradesmen who would do a good job for me at a reasonable cost and who would do it in a timely manner. When all the improvements were finished, she suggested doing some staging when showing the house and it sold quite quickly. She helped me through the actual sale process, which made it much less stressful for me. She stayed with the project and the sale made it much easier than I had anticipated. If all business people were more like Rae, it would just be a much better world.

Our family is very greatfull that there is realtors out there that have a passion for their job. Rae is one that takes her job to the next level! She has made buying and selling homes seem simple. Rae is a great realtor to work with. I've used her when purchasing my last 3 houses and selling my recent home. She's great at not only showing you the houses you want to see but also ones that have everything you want but were unaware of them being right for you.
