I would definitely give John 10 stars if I could. He delivered on every promise and then some. John was the ONlY agent to return calls, and show up on time to appointments. John was always professional, polite, patient, and prompt. When I was ready to give up, John assured me he would find me what I was looking for- and he did!!! Thank you John!!
