She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and goes out of her way to ensure your needs are taken care of. We would highly recommend Amanda if you're looking to sell or buy a home. Helpful every step of the process. Amanda Hill went out of her way to ensure that everything was smooth and not stressful. Checked up on us all the time to hear our thoughts and concerns. Highly recommend, especially for first time buyers.

Amanda was beyond helpful from the very start. We were on a time crunch to find a home from an entirely different state and she answered any question we had as first time home buyers. She was so welcoming and she genuinely wanted everything to come out perfect for our family of 5. She especially made everything so smooth for us since she always took initiative to check on things being done with the house, how certain things turned out, pointed out anything concerning, etc.
Amanda also made herself readily available even into the evening hours.. she exceeded my expectations. She was checking houses for us late Into the night! Me and my husband absolutely loved working with her. I would without a doubt recommend her to anyone moving to this state.

My husband and I had bad luck with realtors until we found Amanda at an open house one day. We found our house with relative ease in a very challenging market, and it was even fun to go see the houses that were definitely not for us. Amanda is respectful, she listens, she is extremely helpful, and she genuinely cares. It was a lot of fun working with her!

Permanent Change of duty Station (PCS) can be very stressful for most people. Buying the perfect home that suits your needs while being overseas and during a PCS move it is math for disaster. Amanda Hill has been my eyes and ears throughout the buying process. She has been a truly professional and fantastic real estate agent. I would say that she was very knowledgeable in the process of listing and selling of our house. Her personality was phenomenal in regards to being someone who was willing to answer all of our questions and concerns at any time. Amanda was amazing! This was the first house we sold so we had no idea what was happening. Amanda took us through it step by step. She made herself available 24/7 to answer all of our questions. Amanda took her time to get to know us and she made us feel like she cared. I highly recommend using Amanda.

Amanda walked through each home we asked her to, and showed us the homes on video chat. She was quick to schedule walk throughs, and pointed out every little thing about the homes, even noticing things the inspector didn't notice (in the home we ended up buying). We didn't have any big surprises when we got to our new house, even with buying it without ever seeing it in person. She was super helpful, giving us all the information we needed in the home buying process & being available even after we were all moved in. I've already recommended her to friends!

This is our third time purchasing a home, and I can honestly say we have never had a realtor work as hard and diligently as Amanda. There were numerous occasions that we needed things complete very last minute due to our tight timeline. Amanda made it happen ahead of the deadline every time.
