My wife and I are not new to real-estate transactions, having bought and sold five properties over the years. Based on recommendations from my wife’s brother, and her nephew, we signed with Socha to help us find our new home, after we decided to relocate to Florida. After 53 years of marriage and as a widow, I faced the daunting job of selling a home for the first time by myself. Fortunately, I found Socha Goyette. Not only was she a knowledgeable realtor and guided me through the process, she recognized my need for support as I downsized to half the square footage in independent living and had to find a way to dispose of treasures of a lifetime. When I needed a contractor to upgrade or fix a problem, she had suggestions that made it easy to complete. She was always a phone call away for clarification, or text for a quick answer or a drop in when I needed visual advice. As busy as she was, she always had time for me. To add to that she was responsible for my getting the price I wanted for my home. I could have asked for no more than the excellent service she gave me.

We were moving to the Bradenton area after retirement and Socha came HIGHLY recommended thru friends who had just moved to the area the previous year. Not only was her knowledge of the market, area, financial arena, housing options, and neighborhoods beyond par; she truly knew what would make us happy. After discussing all the options out there, she located the perfect house for us. She was always ready and concise and complete in her preparations, and prompt in working to get us information or appointments to see a home. She did all this from over 1000 miles away. We trusted her completely, to the point we spent a lot of money on a house without stepping inside! All done remotely and painlessly...lol And, we are so completely satisfied with our new home. Socha was great to work with during the selling of our home. She kept us informed every step of the wa and stayed in contact with the buyer's agent to make sure everything went smoothly. She is very knowledgeable regarding current market trends. We followed her recommendations for setting the listing price, which was well above what we anticipated, and received full asking price. The marketing was fantastic. She uses a professional photographer and the pictures were so much better than most listings, she advertised on a wide variety of sites to maximize exposure to as wide of market as possible. We will definitely use her again if we need a real estate agent in the future.
