After a series of missteps, a fractured spine and a case of covid, John worked a deal with the buyer of my home that allowed me to still sell my home, but be allowed to remain in my home for an extended period of time while I healed. He was also able to get some of the purchase price upfront to aid in my situation, which was a godsend! If you're looking to buy or sell, I highly recommend you work with John! I'm old and will probably never need the services of a realtor again, but if I do, rest assured my firs call will be to John!
