Madi was extremely understanding at how nervous I was about buying my first home. She walked me through any house I wanted to see and didn’t stop until I found that perfect one. We listed my Mom's townhome in WDM to market and sell. She provided a detailed analysis of the market value and ultimately secured a strong buyer for one of the highest prices to date in the townhome community. Throughout the entire process, Madi was on top of everything, detailed and responsive. She held multiple open houses and follow-up with visitors/leads and communicated effectively with us to help us evaluate offers. She worked though the closing process with a difficult HOA management company that wouldn't return phone calls and enabled us to close on time. She is extremely professional, we would highly recommend her!

Madi sold our home for us at Echo Valley. She kept us informed as to feedback from prospective clients after each and every showing. She discussed possible actions and wasn't against telling us her thoughts on how to position our home for better appeal. Once we had an offer to buy, she walked us through the steps we had to complete to finalize the sale. We were very satisfied with her professionalism and attention to detail. I had been looking for a home for quite some time, the process of buying a home seemed complicated and I couldn’t find anything that I wanted to pull the trigger on. I gave up looking before finding Madi as my realtor. She dropped everything to work around my schedule and show me 10 or so homes, all of which checked all my boxes! She ended up finding me my dream home in one of my favorite spots in Des Moines. She is extremely responsive and made the process incredibly easy. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, the deal I got on my home, and my home itself! Would recommend Madi to anyone buying or selling. This is how home buying should be!
