She walked us through all the steps and was very informative of how the process works. Kelly is very knowledgeable on VA loan services and she didn’t just help us find a house, she helped us find OUR HOME.

We got the price within what was stated and in the shortest amount of time she did everything she said she was going to do better than we could’ve expected or hope for. Kelly is wonderful. She keeps her promises. She kept us apprised of the process. All of these things are important and she knocks them out of the park.

Kelly was amazing when it came to helping us find a home. She was willing to work with our crazy schedule and multiple houses we wanted to view in all different areas and never tried to rush us or persuade us into options outside of our budget. It was my first time buying a home and she was extremely helpful in explaining everything and making sure I made the best decision and is still always a message away with any questions that may come up when it comes to the house. I’m extremely thankful that I got to work with such a great realtor.

I was moving to Maine from out-of-state and Kelly was amazing through the whole process. She is super-responsive, friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. She has a positive, can-do attitude that gave me a real sense of confidence and assurance. We found a house that I liked and made an offer, which was accepted. Once under contract, I wanted to get all sorts of estimates for things in the house, like painting, new carpets, custom blinds, etc., and she let me pick her brain for tips on finding a good handyman, getting air conditioning set up for a home that doesn't have it, and lots of other things. Really glad that she was a part of my experience moving to Maine and I would definitely recommend her!

We found a townhome that we liked on Zillow. Kelly immediately reached out and had us in contact with a lender, (phenomenal lender). The lender and Kelly worked weekends and nights to get us into our home before the winter. We love our home and the process was well handled and very smooth for a first time home buying experience.

I first called her 2600 miles away to help me find my children our home during the height of the pandemic. She went and toured homes for me and took the time to send videos so I could view them as if I were there. Then, when I finally arrived, she met with me and I met one of the most kind people in a state where I knew no one, worked with my schedule,, driving long distances so so could see homes that were available in the time of COVID and she became my translator as I was learning the language of bankers as a first time home buyer. I would recommend her to anyone and would give her 10 stars if could.

We had a tight deadline and she was there 24/7 to answer any questions we had or to make sure every document was signed and delivered prior to deadlines. Kelly is nothing short of amazing!! I used her when I bought my home as well as when I sold my home and there's no one I would rather deal with more than her. She made sure that I understood everything that was going on at each step of the process and anything I did not understand was explained in full.. She takes great pride in her work as if she were buying or selling her own home. She has a great personality... My all around experience was perfect. I am currently considering selling my house that I have now and she will be my 1st point of contact if and when I do decide. I highly recommend her, you won't be disappointed.
