Lenny Gaines

This was our second time working with Lenny Gaines because we enjoyed him so much the first time! Lenny goes above and beyond to make sure your house buying/selling process is very straightforward and fairly easy. He is always up to date and on top of what's going on. He has an answer for all your questions and is quick to respond. Lenny is very reliable and was more than helpful to us, I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a fantastic realtor!

Wow. 2 moves in 2 years! And this man did it in God's time on both occasions! We cannot say enough to demonstrate the lengths Lenny Gaines took to help us, including helping us cope through some tumultuous terrain with 2 very different seller experiences (buyer vs seller market in each selling year). Thank you for always finding a way to make a way! We will miss the Upstate, and miss Lenny Gaines a lot as well!

Let me just say I highly recommend Lenny to anyone thinking about selling and/or buying! He’s very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. He was always only a phone call away if I had any questions. Being that this was my starter home, I was not 100% ready to sell when I first decided to put my home on the market but after our initial discussion I was 1000% onboard and at ease with my decision. He was there every step of the way throughout the entire process and my family and I walked away pleased with the outcome. So much so that I am now considering going into real estate myself!

When we first started house hunting, we didn’t think we needed a relator. We went to about 4 new subdivisions and had conversations with salespersons that led me to reach out to Lenny. He helped us understand how important it was for folx to have representation from a realtor when purchasing a home and I noticed a stark difference in how agents for builders spoke to me. Lenny was super patient. More patient than we could have asked. Our home buying process with Meritage Homes was a nightmare but because of Lenny’s experience and knowledge of real estate law and policies, we were able to secure an incredibly low interest rate. He was an advocate and a teacher, as we learned from this process. If you’re in the home-buying market or even if you’re just wanting help with your credit so that you can purchase a home, reach out to Lenny. Many of the builders and agents in the area know and respect Lenny and that may be the difference between a 4.99% interest rate and a 6.99%. Not promising you it will be lower because of Lenny, but he’s a great negotiator.
