Jacob was so easy to work with. Its hard for someone out of state to buy a home elsewhere but Jacob was so helpful. He knew the criteria what we wanted in a home and let us know when a house came on the market that matched. When we toured homes he would point out where issues might be wrong for us or details we never thought of. He was there for us through the whole process and I would highly recommend him to others.
