My husband and I met Chelsea through the purchase of our new home. A total stranger at the time, she accompanied our family as we viewed several homes. Within days, her knowledge for the market, her excellent communication skills, and her knack for understanding our family's needs, made her a lifelong friend. Chelsea, and her team, were able to work their magic to get us through a challenging escrow and get my family into our dream home. Chelsea Brennan has been an absolute Godsend throughout the entire process of buying a home - during the search, during escrow, and all of the stressful moments in between. She is friendly, outgoing, fun, and above all, she actually cares. She listened to out wants/needs and found the perfect home for our family. As a first time home-buyer, I truly felt like a fish-out-of-water but Chelsea made the stresses minimal — and for that, my husband and I felt like we were a part of a team! Chelsea was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me and my family. She was available anytime I needed her day and night. She guided us through every step offering advice as requested. I never felt pressured to make decisions and she had my best interest in mind. I had never felt so sure about a big decision as I did regarding this one. Our family was so pleased working with Chelsea.
