Melissa was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process! From the search, to the deliberations on moving forward, the communications with agents, getting the deal signed all around, managing several complicated issues that came up throughout the process, Melissa handled every part of the process so adeptly, always making me feel like I was her only client. I found Kris and Mel to be very cooperative and understanding. While I do not know what exactly each did related to my purchase, they seem to work well as a team. I worked primarily with Kris, who was always available for my questions. My purchase was especially challenging because I was living and working in Santa Fe, New Mexico while making this purchase so my availability was limited most of the time. I believe this team has a good understanding of the East Texas real estate market around Tyler, Texas and is willing to listen to the concerns of their client during the purchase process. I have not problem recommending this team!
