I can't say enough good things about Anne Potter . She went way over the top to get the job done. If my wife and I had question , idea, or needed information, Annie was there. She was constantly available. Her positive attitude and constant cheerfulness kept the outlook for the sale of our home always at the forefront. Her presentation and marketing with potential buyers was very professional. If you're looking to get your home sold, we recommend Anne. It was a great experience for us.

Anne and William were both amazing in managing the before, during and after the sale of my home. What struck me is their enthusiasm, experience, intelligence, and can do attitude in doing whatever needed to be done. Anne was always available with a solution. She even used her energy to help me load some heavy objects into a Pod to clear the house. Anne was alert to changes in the market and suggested a new strategy to increase traffic and gain an offer.

Anne did an amazing job with the entire process of buying my new home in Reno. She personalized the experience and made it a fun and rewarding process. Her attention to detail and tenacity is exceptional. Not only did Anne find me the perfect home for me, but she also got to know the friends and family involved with my move that were an important part of my journey.

Anne went out of her way to get my upgraded closet on the calendar during the buying process so it would be closer to my move in date. She really takes every step to get to know her clients and make the experience personal.

My favorite touch was the key handover. It was not only the excitement of getting keys to my new home but also adding a bit of my favorite Disney things.

We recently sold my dad's ageing and ailing property in Reno and used Anne Potter and William Mariani to bulldoze a path through the mountain of details to clear a path for a buyer. Due to the state of disrepair of both the property and structures, an extraordinary amount of time, energy, and expertise was needed to keep the transaction on course. At times i actually had pangs of guilt that Anne was investing so many hours of her time in this project. She was the embodiment of NextHome Sierra's bulldog mascot: tenacious, loyal, fierce yet gentle. I feel that she went far above and beyond the expected duties of a realtor. If there were a Medal of Honor for real estate agents, Anne would have earned it (maybe even a Purple Heart). We will definitely use NextHome Sierra and Anne Potter next time we buy or sell, and i recommend them without reservations.

Anne and her team did a wonderful job driving this transaction and getting it across the finish line. She was very helpful for items not normally under the realtor's purview and went above and beyond. I would/will use Anne in future transactions.
